Originally written as a diary-entry blog, the titles below are in chronological order, following on from 2013's Öregrund Stories. This makes it easier to follow the thread I hope, as some of the 'solutions' in later entries relate to the 'questions' in earlier entries - which need reading in order to see where it all fits. But as Family Trees are multidimensional things, a linear format can be restricting... so jump about if you like!

February 2014 Starting in Sweden, and having met sixth cousin Anita in 2013, being set her question

July 2014 Our honeymoon in Finland, and we visit Kokkola, which was Gamla Karleby, and Hameenlinna, another family home, and the graveyard. Then to Helsinki/Esbo, to meet my third cousin Olli, and find out more about Brita Caisa and Andreas. Finally, before returning to Sweden, we undertake more holiday graveyard searching

August 2015 A London East End wander - mariners, weddings, sailors' homes and shipwrecks
October 2015 An archival trip to Belgium - Liège, Namur, Bouvignes-sur-Meuse, and Dinant
March 2016 Another walk up the Thames, London Docklands Museum walk to the wharfs
May 2016 Reaching the end of the journey - family drama and a grassy slope
September 2016 Back to Belgium - the Bouvins, Haraucourt and Sedan
September 2016 And on to Somerset, looking for the Hubbards
June 2021 ... there's been so much to do!
